Our firm has extensive experience in incorporating all types of companies under the various investment regimes in Egypt, including the Companies Law, the new Investment Law and the Special Economic Zones Law.
We provide all related legal services, from advising on the most suitable legal form for the project, through undertaking all procedures required to incorporate companies, up to completing registration and licensing. We also provide the necessary support in administrative and corporate secretarial work.
We further represent companies and provide legal support in connection with the importation of machinery and raw materials and benefiting from the customs and tax exemptions and other incentives provided under the new Investment Law.
The Company Formation Department is headed by Mr. Mohamed Shamrokh.

Saudi Binladin Group
Advising Saudi Binladin Group across all areas, particularly construction contracts and the incorporation of subsidiaries, including establishing the joint venture under the Investment Law.
Etisalat Misr
We incorporated numerous subsidiaries, obtained all licenses and approvals required to commence operations, registered numerous trademarks, drafted the contracts for power stations, drafted the company's internal staff regulations, prepared and maintained numerous electricity network protocols, prepared several due diligence reports for subsidiaries, and handled many decisive cases and substantial arbitrations over more than fifteen years.
Industrial Developer Agreement
We incorporated all the subsidiaries and prepared the industrial developer agreement with the Egyptian State in early 2007 concerning the establishment of industrial zones, and we also prepared the industrial publicity agreement.
