We have significant experience in the capital markets field. We advise a number of local and international clients on a wide range of securities and derivatives matters. Our work includes advising on mandatory tender offer requirements under the Capital Market Law, preparing the documentation required to implement transactions and obtain the approval (or exemption) of the Financial Regulatory Authority and the Egyptian Exchange, and dealing with the various regulatory bodies.
