Dr. Abdel Hafiz El Kurdi

He has over 50 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, private equity, oil, gas and energy, construction and dispute resolution.

He also advises and represents clients in high-profile cross-border transactions, as well as in construction, project finance, litigation and arbitration matters.

He is a Professor of International Law at the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, and teaches international law at the United Arab Emirates University.

Ph.D. (S.J.D.) in International Law, Harvard University.
