Maha Sherif

Maha has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and banking, in addition to her expertise in general corporate and commercial matters. She advises multinational and local companies on incorporation, business establishment, loan and facility restructuring and debt restructuring. She drafts facility agreements, security packages, due diligence reports and articles of incorporation, and provides legal opinions on various aspects of civil and commercial matters, including sale, distribution, agency, supply, lease and services agreements.
