Mai Sherif

Mai has more than 25 years of experience in corporate law, import/export regulations and anti-trust laws. She advises multinational and local companies on incorporation, business establishment and corporate restructuring. She drafts corporate contracts, joint venture agreements, due diligence reports and articles of incorporation, and provides legal opinions on various aspects of civil and commercial matters, including sale, distribution, agency, supply, lease and services agreements.
