Prof.Dr.Abdul-Hafez Mohamed Elkordy

Prof. Dr. Elkordy is one the most reputable international law jurists and professors; earned his law degree in 1957 from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University; MA degree in Comparative Governments and Politics from the University of Maryland, USA, 1964, and his degree of Ph.D in International Relations / International Law from the American University, Washington, D.C, USA, 1967. Dr. Elkordy has held top positions including Dean; Vice President; Vice-Chancellor and President of a number of universities in the USA, the UAE and Egypt. He has been member of the Egyptian Bar Association as Attorney-at-Law before Supreme Court; High Administrative Court and High Constitutional Court. Prof. Dr. Elkordy also a socio-political thinker; among top writers in Al-Ahram Journal (Egypt), and has written and published numerous books and articles in both Arabic and English Languages.

Dr. Fatma Salah

Fatma has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate law, trade law, energy and renewables, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution. She represents local and international corporations and financial institutions from the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia as well as governmental entities. She also provides legal advices and represents clients in high profile litigation trade investigations in a broad spectrum of business sectors.

Fatma is a professor of law at the School of Law, Cairo University since 2010. She teaches courses of business law, international commercial arbitration and evidence law.

Mohamed Riad

Mohamed has more than 10 years’ experience at reputable law firms in Egypt and the Gulf as well as at one of the biggest international financial institutions in the world. Throughout his years of expertise, Mohamed had worked on anti-dumping and international trade cases, export and import, customs regulations, corporate, finance and capital market matters; he also represented significant number of local and international companies in high profile transactions.

Toward fulfilling his Masters Degree in the UK, Mohamed conducted extensive legal research and drafted couple of articles on the intersection between the anti-dumping and the anti-trust laws and regulations.
